Define polymer material requirements, agree on trials and request PC-PLASTICS technical documents.

Requirements before grade selection

The base polymer, technology, product geometry, color and service conditions define the selection criteria. Agree on critical properties and how they will be evaluated.

Trials in your process

Produce trial parts under agreed conditions to evaluate the material. Record the formulation, process parameters and measurement methods. Compare results with the original formulation and agreed reference.

Documents for a specific material

Request TDS and SDS for the selected grade. Special properties, application limits and compliance are confirmed separately. Information on equipment, factory control methods and certificates is to be confirmed.
