Masterbatch contains components in a polymer carrier. Selection must consider the base polymer and entire formulation, rather than color alone. Do not automatically transfer a material suitable for one task into another process.

Provide the PE or PP grade and information on recycled feedstock and other additives if used. Clarify guidance for the selected grade in the technical document. During trials, evaluate component distribution, product surface and process stability. Confirm compatibility through results for your formulation.
