There is no universal addition percentage for all masterbatches. Agree on an initial dosage for the specific material and task. Consider the base polymer, product thickness, required color or function and current formulation.

Record the dosing method, mixture composition and process parameters. Compare options against predefined criteria while changing conditions in a controlled way.
